Return Policy
Online purchases returned by mail.
- All returns must have a return authorization number.
- Unworn, unwashed and undamaged merchandise with tags attached and with original receipts are accepted within 21 days of generated invoice date.
- Books are final sale and may not be returned. (exception: unless confirmed and verified damaged in shipment; will be exchanged).
- Items returned without a return authorization number or outside the return policy guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.
- Smooth Swagger reserves the right to limit the number of returns and alter its return policy without notice.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
- Refunds will be issued by check. Please allow 10 to 14 business days (weekends and holidays excluded) to receive refund after we give confirmation of our receipt of merchandise.

- Please inform us of the reason for the return.
- Ship your merchandise via USPS, FedEx or UPS with return authorization on the outside of mailing box.
- We recommend that you insure the merchandise.
